Terms of Service

Playeng is an English-learning platform offering practice tests, speaking practice, grammar and vocabulary study, with feedback generated by automated systems.

Playeng provides independent practice material. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any official IELTS body. IELTS is a trademark of its respective owners. Scores you receive here are practice estimates and are not official results.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Playeng.
• Provide accurate details when signing up, and keep your sign-in access secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share or resell access.

Please do not:

• Copy, scrape, republish or resell our test content, lessons or audio.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, including in recordings and written answers.
• Use the service to impersonate anyone or to misrepresent your results.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that are used to abuse the service.

You keep ownership of what you create — your recordings, essays and answers. You grant us permission to process and store them for the purpose of running the service and giving you feedback, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our own content — tests, lessons, audio and software — remains ours.

Bands, corrections and suggestions are produced by automated systems. They are useful practice guidance, but they can be wrong and they do not predict or guarantee any official exam result.

Some features consume credits, and paid plans are available. Any purchases are made on our website, not through the mobile app. Prices and allowances are shown at the point of purchase and may change; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

You can stop using Playeng at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account — see the account deletion page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we have to stop operating the service.

We work to keep Playeng running, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes or missed opportunities.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use Playeng after a change means you accept it.
